Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To begin a return, email contact@awdeyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label, and a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new one. Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
