What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition, with original packaging. A $5 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

How do I initiate a return?

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).

3. Securely package your item and send it back using the provided label.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
